The Chester Cottage is a beautiful older home built in 1950 located in Batesville,
Arkansas. It is charming and romantic home that you will feel cozy and "right at home" in!
If you choose Option #1, you will enjoy one bedroom decorated in a nautical theme with a full
size bed and the other bedroom has a full size bed and is decorated more elegant with roses. The bathroom
has a shower and bathtub with marble surround. You will also enjoy a spacious dining room with a mini kitchen (microwave,
mini refrigerator, & toaster), and living room with a fireplace.
If you choose to rent the whole cottage (Option
#2), you will also enjoy all of the above plus our "Yellow" bedroom which makes you feel like your outside on a
Spring Day and another bedroom with twin beds. There is also another full bathroom with a shower only and a 1/2 bath
which goes with the "Yellow" bedroom. You will also have access to a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and patio
with grill.

The Chester Cottage is located in the historic district and is walking distance to banks, stores, churches, and restaurants.
It has central heat and air and also a fireplace with gas logs. The living and dining areas are spacious and
cozy with beautiful hard wood floors. There is cable television and internet for those who want to bring their
laptop!
It is also very close to Main Street shopping with its many antique shops, old movie theater, and Elizabeths
Restaurant. You will definitely want to visit the Olde Towne Mall at 407 East Main - an upscale flea market - that Terri Chester
owns. The White River, Lyon College, UACCB College, golf courses, Independence Regional Museum, fairgrounds, and
other lodging are only minutes away. The famous Mark Martin, Nascar Driver, is a native of Batesville and his
museum is just across the river.
You will want to take time to relax and receive a "heavenly" massage from Terri's personal Massage
Therapist, Jodie Marsh. She is located a short distance from the cottage on the river at Shaggy's Salon or she
can come to the cottage for an extra fee.
We can also arrange for couples to receive their massages at the
same time!
